I headed to a small coffee shop and discovered that it really is an Obie world after all.

I love being a tour guide. The job is to share what you love while walking backwards, connecting with people from across the country and the world. What's more rewarding than that?

Diversity is not the result of any one or two students that we have at Oberlin, but rather the result of the integration of the unique perspectives of all of the students that we have on campus.

Sometimes, when I have just a bit of extra time on my hands, I take out my camera and see what interesting sights I can capture.

Think of it as essentially this blog (more long-form stories, anecdotes, photos), but with a slightly different focus. Now that I have graduated from my dear alma mater, I figured it was time to branch out a little on my own.

Once we'd finished eating, we parted ways, and I expected not to see her again, unless we wound up in a class together somewhere down the road.

I have a habit of picking up library books that look interesting, checking them out, bringing them home, and letting them sit around for months on end.

Remember when I was talking about opportunities? Allow me to expound upon another opportunity that I encountered late last semester, involving dance. Just to shake things up a bit, I'm not going to write about Indian dance again.

The job search is one of the most stressful experiences I've ever had. The only time I've ever felt so confused and overwhelmed was writing my college applications.

My job working for Conference Services is a bit lackluster at first glance, but I do get to see the various summer programs that take place in Oberlin up close and personal.

Upon learning I attend Oberlin, many people ask if I go into Cleveland every weekend. Usually my facial expression is enough of an answer.
