Issue 4: Dig Into Your Oberlin Dining Plan

Ready, Set, Oberlin! A week-by-week guide to prepare for your arrival

Students in dining hall

All students at Oberlin participate in a campus meal plan that ensures you have a diverse range of healthy and delicious food to meet just about any dietary need or craving.

Our main dining location in Stevenson Hall is complemented by a range of other options in convenient locations throughout campus. You can learn more about eating at Oberlin on the campus dining website.

If you have dietary restrictions or need other dining accommodations, contact the Office for Disability and Access (oda@oberlin.edu) and submit your dining accommodations form to help us prepare for your arrival. This form is due no later than Friday, May 29.

Each year, some students choose to become members of the Oberlin Student Cooperative Association—or OSCA, for short. OSCA is an independent nonprofit that operates multiple living and dining “co-ops” on campus. Students in OSCA share community and labor, working four to five hours per week in a variety of roles.

Each year, OSCA reserves space for interested first-year and new transfer students to either dine or live and dine in an OSCA co-op. If you’d like to consider joining OSCA, sign up for the spring OSCA lottery through Friday, May 29, or add your name to the OSCA wait list. Learn more about OSCA by reaching out to memsec@osca.coop.

TO DO THIS WEEK: Complete the dining registration form for first-year students by Friday, May 29.  Also, if you haven't already, don't forget to look at the To-Do List website.
