Oberlin + Possible Accelerator Tech Program
Oberlin+Possible Accelerator Tech Bootcamp is a one-month career accelerator in the summer that helps high-potential students break into tech. With a scaffolded curriculum on in-demand career
paths, the interactive program has students interact with industry
professionals every weekday for five weeks. Students’ career education will occur through intimate networking sessions, hands-on projects,
workshops, panels, and events.
"My favorite thing about Possible is how personal it was. I felt like I was interacting with genuine people in an environment that would've scared me 2 months ago. The fact that everyone shared many personal struggles helped me to feel less alone in what I was going through, and it helped me to become more confident in my abilities to grow in the tech space as well! I have so much newfound confidence because of Possible that I feel wouldn't have been gained until years into the future."

"Everyone in the program was essentially in the same situation. We all wanted further insight into the tech industry. This gave me comfort and comradeship as I talked to several other students and connected with them on LinkedIn. In the Fireside chats, others would ask questions I had never considered, and the knowledge I gained through these chats is invaluable."
