The Oberlin Mentoring Program connects current Oberlin students with alumni and professionals for one-on-one mentoring that supports career exploration, professional development, and preparation for life after graduation.

Through regular conversations, students gain guidance, confidence, and perspective while alumni and professionals have the opportunity to share their experiences, give back to the Oberlin community, and help shape the next generation of Obies.
