Cleveland International Film Festival Comes to Oberlin

The 37th Cleveland International Film Festival (CIFF), running April 3 to 14, will head to Oberlin for an Evening at the Apollo Theatre on Wednesday, April 10. The evening’s events will include two screenings each of two of the festival’s films, each attended by the respective directors, and a reception at Magpie Pizza in downtown Oberlin.

Oberlin Conservatory Students to Perform at the Kennedy Center

Oberlin congratulates alums of eighth blackbird on third Grammy

The contemporary music ensemble eighth blackbird, formed at Oberlin by students in 1996, has recently won their third Grammy Award—Best Chamber Music Performance—for a piece written by composer Stephen Hartke, also a 2013 Grammy Award winner.
