Now 45 years into his Oberlin career, director of facilities stewardship garners widespread praise for his tireless dedication to the campus and community.

Schiltz brings more than 30 years of retirement and benefits experience to Oberlin College.

During the Benefits and Wellness Fair on October 5, learn more about the college’s health plans and benefits, and meet with insurance representatives, retirement advisors, financial services vendors, and wellness experts.

The college is preparing for impending transitions and will make decisions about filling vacancies on a case-by-case basis.

Oberlin will be a tobacco-free campus beginning July 1, 2016. The Tobacco Free Implementation Committee, along with Student Health Services and the Office of Human Resources, have made provision for access to cessation resources for students, faculty, and staff who may want to quit.

The Annual Benefits Open Enrollment for all active benefits-eligible employees ends Wednesday, November 4, 2015. You must complete your enrollment online or submit your paperwork to Human Resources by this date.
