Reminder: Open Enrollment Ends Nov. 4

The Department of Human Resources would like to remind all active benefits-eligible employees that the Annual Benefits Open Enrollment ends Wednesday, November 4, 2015. If you haven’t already done so, complete your enrollment online or submit your paperwork to Human Resources.

Online benefits enrollment is easy and convenient. To enroll online, log into PRESTO and follow the instructions in the Online Benefits Enrollment Guide.When you enroll online, your 2016 elections are instantly recorded in the Human Resources Information System, and you can view your 2016 benefit statement immediately. You may enroll online for the following benefits:

  • Flexible Spending Account
  • Health
  • Dental
  • Vision
  • Life Insurance
  • Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance

If you enroll online, you will be automatically entered into a prize drawing. Five employees who enrolled online during the first two weeks of open enrollment have won valuable prizes, including Fitbits, an iPod shuffle, an Apple TV, and a blood pressure monitor. There are five more prizes to be awarded to employees who enroll during the last two weeks of Open Enrollment. Do not miss out on this opportunity!

Remember that to participate in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), enrollment is required each year. You may enroll online by following the instructions in the Online Benefits Enrollment Guide or by submitting your FSA Election Form to HR no later than November 4, 2015.
