Meet the HR Team

Welcome to the Human Resources Department. It is our pleasure to introduce you to our
department and the various services we provide.

Our department is responsible for managing critical employee-related functions, such as
recruitment, benefits administration, payroll processing, maintenance of personnel records, HRIS, performance appraisal management, student employment, diversity initiatives, employee development and training, wellness, and the management of employee and labor relations.

At Oberlin College, we believe that our employees are the backbone of our institution, and we are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone. Our team works closely with institutional leaders to attract and retain talented faculty and staff for both Oberlin College of Arts and Sciences and the Oberlin Conservatory. We are dedicated to providing consultation and support to all departments on various compliance and non-compliance human resources-related issues, facilitating professional development opportunities for employees, and promoting effective communication throughout the Oberlin College
community.
