As part of an effort by Residence Life to provide a multitude of housing options that meet the needs of our students from many different walks of life, across campus there are communities that allow students to live while practicing a language. Students may only be placed into these communities after completing an application for their interested space. These communities include Bailey (French House or la Maison Francophone), Harvey (Spanish House or La Casa Hispánica), Kade (German House or Max Kade Haus), and Allencroft (Russian House).
These communites are overseen by the professional staff over the Language, Identity, and Thematic Experience (LITE) cluster.
*Do note that applications for these communities may be presented in the language of the community, and some fluency may be expected to receive placement into the space
