First Year Residential Experience

The First Year Residential Experience (FYRE) is an integral part of the overall first-year programs on Oberlin's campus.

Students living in these communities will receive support and resources specific to their needs in their first year at Oberlin.

The First Year Residential Experience (FYRE) is located in Barrows, Burton, Dascomb, and Kahn halls for the 2025 - 2026 academic year. 

This page will be updated to reflect the 2026 - 2027 FYRE buildings during the Spring 2026 semester.
