To be eligible to apply for OSURF, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- Current Oberlin College students enrolled during the 2021-22 academic year
- Able to undertake full-time research and programming on campus June 13 to August 5, 2022
- No other major commitments between June 13 through August 5, 2022 (e.g. classes, other employment, etc.)
- Good academic standing and a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or higher
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and welcoming community of student researchers
- There is no citizenship requirement for OSURF and undocumented students and international students are encouraged to apply.
