Unofficial Transcripts

If you are a current student and need an unofficial transcript for reference purposes, you have several options. An unofficial transcript can be a scan or a photocopy of an official transcript, or may be printed directly from Banner Self Service. A task in OberView titled "View My Unofficial Transcript" will guide you to the correct Banner Self Service web page.

If you are using Banner Self Service, you may wish to copy and paste the unofficial transcript information into a word processing program so that you can adjust the formatting if necessary.

If you are not a current student, the Office of the Registrar can provide you with an unofficial transcript. You may submit the form below to initiate your request.

What’s Included:

An unofficial transcript is not considered certified because it is not printed on security enhanced paper and does not have the registrar’s signature.
