Contact Information

PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID19 grading options for Spring 2020, if you are a current student and wish to request an official transcript, please access your unofficial transcript and confirm grades for Spring 2020 appear as expected. If you opted for Pass/No Entry in a course and do not see it reflected on your unofficial transcript, please wait until the adjustment is made and then submit an official transcript request.

Spring 2020 degree awarding will occur in July. Select hold for posting of current term degrees if you would like your transcript to show the degree earned. If you need the degree awarded sooner for transcript purposes, contact with documentation supporting your request. Please understand requesting the degree to be awarded prior to July means you forfeit the ability to request P/NE on applicable courses.

Unofficial Transcripts

An unofficial transcript is not considered certified because it is not printed on security enhanced paper and does not have the registrar’s signature.

If you are a current student or former student with ObieID, password, and have access to Banner Self Service your unofficial transcript can be printed directly from Banner Self Service. A task in OberView titled "View My Unofficial Transcript" will guide you to the correct Banner Self Service web page. If you are using Banner Self Service, you may wish to copy and paste the unofficial transcript information into a word processing program so that you can adjust the formatting if necessary.

If you are a former student with no access to Banner Self Service, please request an official transcript.
