Current Oberlin community members are able to reserve class/seminar rooms scheduled by the Registrar on an ad hoc basis throughout the academic year. Virtual EMS can be used to locate an open classroom around campus when you need to hold an impromptu meeting or study group.
Browse For Classrooms from any on-campus computer. Virtual EMS does not require a login.
Reservations for events taking place from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday are subject to change if an academic class needs the space. If that occurs, we will attempt to provide an alternative location for you.
To reserve space in one our classrooms, fill out a Classroom Reservation Request form. The completed form may be submitted to the Office of the Registrar in person or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Requests are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 24 hours to complete your request.
The Office of the Registrar is responsible for scheduling class and seminar rooms (Lecture Halls are reserved by the Student Union) in the following buildings:
- King (not 106 or 306)
- Science Center (A154, A155, A254, A255 only)
