Oberlin College offices represent the administrative and academic functions of the college, ranging from human resources and academic advising to student records and residential education. These offices support the functions of the college and conservatory to ensure all campus members receive appropriate information and support.
Student Academic Affairs is part of the Office of the Associate Deans, which provides information about academic requirements, regulations, and procedures for students pursuing coursework in the Conservatory of Music.

Student Academic Success Programs provide academic support, special advising, and related services to all students enrolled in Oberlin College.

Student Health Services (SHS) provides primary care services to all full-time students at Oberlin College and Conservatory of Music regardless of insurance coverage. Students may see a physician, nurse practitioner or registered nurse for a broad spectrum of illnesses and injuries, as well as follow-up care as needed.

The Student Mail Room is on the west end of the lower level of Wilder Hall. In addition to distributing U.S. mail, the mailroom handles campus mail, UPS, and Federal Express packages.

The office handles all the requirements of telephone support for college offices and departments, procures and distributes mobile phones, smartphones, and broadband devices provided by the college, as well as college-operated business band VHS radios.

The Counseling Center provides psychological support to students as they pursue their academic and personal goals, and strives to enhance the quality of each student’s experience at Oberlin.

Yeworkwha Belachew Center for Dialogue at Oberlin College (YBCD) promotes social change through conflict transformation, social justice mediation, community building, and dialogue. The Office of the Ombudsperson coordinates and manages the activities of the center, which occupies the second floor of Lewis House.
