Oberlin College offices represent the administrative and academic functions of the college, ranging from human resources and academic advising to student records and residential education. Residential Education and Dining Services

Residential Education and Dining Services work closely together to extend and enhance the academic learning of Oberlin students beyond the classroom. Each area has a specific mission, and separate offices and staff members.

Student Academic Success Programs provide academic support, special advising, and related services to all students enrolled in Oberlin College.

Student Health Services

Student Health Services provides primary care services to all students at Oberlin College and Conservatory of Music, regardless of insurance coverage. Students may see a physician, nurse practitioner, or registered nurse for a broad spectrum of illnesses and injuries, as well as follow-up care as needed.

Student Mail Room

The Student Mail Room is on the west end of the lower level of Wilder Hall. In addition to distributing U.S. mail, the mailroom handles campus mail, UPS, and Federal Express packages.

Student Union

The Student Union provides opportunities for students to develop leadership skills and abilities, and supports opportunities—through programs and services—for creativity and the free exchange of ideas and opinions.

Summer Programs

Oberlin Conservatory sponsors Summer Programs, a range of musical offerings available for new to advanced musicians and professionals. Classes take place on the Oberlin College campus during summer months.

Yeworkwha Belachew Center for Dialogue at Oberlin College (YBCD) promotes social change through conflict transformation, social justice mediation, community building, and dialogue. The Office of the Ombudsperson coordinates and manages the activities of the center, which occupies the second floor of Lewis House.
