- Professional Development Opportunities: We are developing access for our employees to explore ongoing training and development opportunities to help them build their skills and advance their careers.
- Employee Assistance Program: Through our partnership with the Cleveland Clinic Lifestyle EAP, we are available to provide personal support to our employees and their families, including all employees, spouses, partners, dependents, and permanent household members.
- Community Engagement: We encourage our employees to get involved in our local community through volunteering and other civic engagement activities.
- Recognition and Appreciation: We celebrate our employees' achievements and contributions through a range of events and programming, such as employee-appreciation events and awards.
