The journey to finding equilibrium.

In the very beginning of the semester, I barely raised my elbow off the table when I had something to say, and when I realized my professors weren't calling on me probably because they couldn't see my hand, I adopted a new philosophy for class participation.

Working with so many talented, motivated, and engaging students felt extremely meaningful and reminded me that teaching is definitely something I want to continue doing in the future.

Lemonade by Beyonce helped me to create a summer reading list and taught me a few things about Black feminism.
