This is my second summer in Oberlin. It's quiet. Calm. Let's say, the campus wears a different face in the summer.

Four shows over two days is a big ole exhausting run, but we got the show down to an art form. It was gorgeous. (Many pictures for your enjoyment inside!)

Blues dancing just feels natural. It's the ultimate partner dance, encouraging trust, freedom, and ridiculousness.

We had what I think was our biggest audience ever, and then we had cake.

One night a semester, the museum is open in the evening, specifically catering to students so they can visit the collection during hours that suit their schedule a little better.

I'm not one of those folks who has some sort of otherworldly emotional or psychic connection to music, but there is something about especially long pieces of music that gets to me.
