Learning Enhancement Across the Disciplines (LEAD)

The Learning Enhancement Across the Disciplines (LEAD) program supports student success by offering skill development that complements all students' curricular and co-curricular goals. LEAD courses help students build essential academic and life skills across topics such as learning strategies, wellness, goal-setting, and financial literacy.

By deepening their understanding of these skills, students develop greater independence, confidence, and purpose as learners across disciplines. LEAD courses are taught by faculty and staff from across campus and offered in full-semester, modular, and individual study formats that support personal growth, academic achievement, and lifelong learning.
