ODA Accommodated Testing

Temporarily located in Stevenson Hall (Biggs Commons), the Accommodated Testing Center provides a professional, equitable, safe space for eligible students to complete their exams. Our testing spaces are designed for flexibility and can be adapted to meet various needs and accommodations. Students must be registered with ODA to utilize the Accommodated Testing Center. By using our center, students are confirming they will adhere to the Honor Code.

The ODA Accommodated Testing Center is available for:

  • Students registered with the ODA and eligible for Alternative Testing Accommodations. A student's accommodation letter will specify whether they are eligible to use our center.
  • Oberlin College & Conservatory course-related exams, midterms, finals, or quizzes.

While the ODA Accommodated Testing Center is available for any student with testing accommodations registered with ODA, we are unable to facilitate the following types of exams:

  • Standardized testing, such as the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT), the American College Testing (ACT) exam, the Graduate Record Examination (GRE), or other similar exams.
  • Exams or quizzes for non-Oberlin courses
  • drop-in exams (exams must be scheduled in advance)
  • Make-up exams unrelated to testing accommodations. Instructors must facilitate these exams.
