Please note that all projects for Winter Term 2020-21 will be completed remotely off-campus.

Important Dates and Deadlines

| August Winter Term (A&S, Double Degree, and Conservatory) | August 3rd - August 25th |
| Junior Practicum Program (A&S) | September 8th - October 2nd |
| Sophomore SOAR (A&S) | January 4th - January 29th |
| Enrollment period for May/June WT | March 24th - April 30th |
| May/June WT (Conservatory and DD) | May 24th - June 18th |
Due to the adjustments to the academic calendar, students will complete different winter term experiences by class year:
- Only 4th and 5th year A&S, Double Degree and Conservatory students may register for individual or group projects during the August Term (August 3rd - August 25th).
- 3rd year A&S students may participate in the Junior Practicum Program (September 8th - October 2nd).
- 2nd year A&S students may participate in Sophomore SOAR (January 4th - January 29th).
- First year A&S and Double Degree students will receive winter term credit for their "Critical Skills for New Obies" experience in August.
Students who are unsure about which cohort they are in should email registrar@oberlin.edu.
All registration for returning students must be completed at studyaway.oberlin.edu.
