Jacques Forbes Receives Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship in Malaysia

Jacques Forbes, a fourth-year with majors in politics and law and society and a minor in philosophy, will spend 10 months in Malaysia with a Fulbright English teaching assistantship.
A native of San Angelo, Texas, Forbes sought out the Fulbright as a meaningful transition before he applies to law school.
“I’m most looking forward to learning about Malaysian culture in addition to living in Asia,” Forbes says. “I am also excited to travel around a part of the world that I have not been to before.”
Forbes studied abroad at the Stockholm School of Economics in fall 2017. He is a member of the men’s swimming and diving team.
