Dates and Locations
Auditions and interviews on campus are conducted by the applied faculty in the specified area of study. To get the full experience of the campus community, we strongly encourage you to audition on Oberlin's campus. You can review the robust offerings on our sample audition day schedule. Applicants not able to attend an on-campus audition or interview will have other options detailed below. In addition, recorded auditions may be submitted by all areas with the exception of TIMARA, Composition, Music Theater, and Recording Arts and Production.
On-Campus Audition and Interview Dates
All Early Decision applicants who pass screening will audition/interview on Oberlin's campus on Saturday, December 5, 2026 for all areas of study except for Jazz Studies which will be held on Friday, December 4, 2026. Regular Decision audition dates will be updated throughout the summer.
