Your first semesters at Oberlin present an exciting opportunity to explore new interests within and beyond the classroom. Career Exploration and Development helps students make the most of this period of exploration through mentoring, field-specific workshops, peer-networking events, and talks from industry leaders. We encourage students to reflect on their origins and identities, while trying out and integrating new professional experiences.
