Barnard can accommodate approximately 40 students, which allows for more personal connections to be formed among all the residents. The two-story residence hall features singles, doubles, and quads. The building has large lounges, and kitchens help promote student interaction. Barnard is also home to the “Roots in STEM” living and learning community, which seeks to promote a sense of belonging and community in STEM amongst students from backgrounds traditionally underrepresented in the sciences and their friends and allies.

Barnard is conveniently located across the street from the main dining hall on campus, and is just steps away from the Science Center.
