Plan Your Visit in the Spring
Be sure to review the information below to make the most of your time on campus and plan for an enjoyable weekend in Oberlin.
What to Expect
Your Reunion itinerary might include anything from topical discussion sessions and campus tours to live performances or an evening at the ’Sco with your classmates. Expect to hear impressive music, engage in thoughtful conversations, celebrate our graduates, and gather with your classmates in familiar places made new again.
When you arrive, Oberlin staff and alumni volunteers will be eager to greet you and get everything you need: a schedule, your name tag, shuttle schedules, and friendly faces ready to remedy all of your questions and concerns!
Weekend Schedule
A schedule of events will be made available to reunion attendees when registration launches in March. Details and events are subject to change, so check back often for updates!
Housing and Local Accommodations
Oberlin College has reserved room blocks at area hotels near campus. Room quantities are limited, we recommend booking as soon as possible!
Getting Around Town
Learn more about options offered throughout the weekend. Campus maps, detailed directions to Oberlin, and transportation services information, including rideshare services from Cleveland Hopkins Airport, can be found on our visiting Oberlin page and the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport site.
Campus Logistics
Luggage Storage
Luggage drop off and storage will be available on Monday, May 25 for reunion guests. Bring your luggage to the Alumni Center located at 65 E. College St. and an Oberlin staff member will be present to help tag and store your belongings.
Dress Code
Come as you are! There are no dress codes for Oberlin College reunion events. Guests are encouraged to dress in whatever way makes them feel most comfortable.
Single-Use Plastic Ban
As part of our efforts to maintain a carbon-free campus, Oberlin College has a single-use plastic water bottle ban in place. Please bring a reusable water bottle to campus with you to ensure you stay comfortable and hydrated throughout the weekend!
We try our best to accommodate guests with mobility issues, recognizing some buildings on campus are not as accessible as others, but we are no longer able to provide or rent wheelchairs or electric scooters for reunion attendees. If you have questions about the accessibility of a venue or the campus, please contact alumni@oberlin.edu.
