Be sure to review the information below to make the most of your time on campus and plan for an enjoyable weekend in Oberlin.
Housing
One significant change will affect 25th and 50th reunion attendees: on-campus housing will not be available. The Hotel at Oberlin is also currently full and will be unavailable.
The following two hotels have limited room blocks held for Oberlin alumni this May, and are within a 25-minute drive to campus. You are also welcome to make your own accommodations at other area hotels or local B&Bs.

Transportation and Shuttle Services
Airport Oberlin Shuttle
Oberlin partners with Airport Oberlin Shuttle (AOS) to provide direct shuttle service between Oberlin and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport at specific times during CMRW. Private car service is also available to arrange through AOS. Reservations need to be made in advance. Visit the AOS Commencement Weekend page to reserve your trip.
Airport to Area Hotels Transportation
Both hotels mentioned above offer airport shuttle service. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange. For additional rideshare and shuttling services from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, please visit their parking and transportation page.
Shuttles will make stops at the Hampton In and Courtyard Marriott area hotels at each listed departure time. Each hotel will have one dedicated shuttle to transport alumni to and from campus.
* For the times indicated with an asterisk, the shuttle will take you directly to the Hotel at Oberlin. The primary pick up and drop-off location in Oberlin is Wilder Hall.
Rides to and from campus typically take about 30 minutes so plan accordingly!

Campus Information
Parking around Oberlin
Parking will be available in Oberlin College lots during the weekend, and all lots have accessible spaces. Street parking is available throughout Oberlin. View a map of campus here. Parking enforcement will be limited only to restrictions for fire lanes and to ensure accessible parking is available to guests who need it.
Parking at the Hotel at Oberlin is reserved for hotel guests. Parking behind the stores on College St. is reserved for customers of those businesses.
RV and large vehicle parking will be available during the day at the Professional Services Building, about a one-minute walk from Wilder Hall. No power hook ups are available in this lot - it is strictly for parking.
Luggage Storage
Luggage drop off and storage is available on Monday, May 26. Starting at 8:30 a.m. bring your luggage to the Alumni Center located at 65 E. College St. An Oberlin staff member will be present to help tag and store your belongings.
Accessibility
We try our best to accommodate guests with mobility issues, recognizing some buildings on campus are not as accessible as others, but we are no longer able to provide or rent wheelchairs or electric scooters for reunion attendees.
