It includes projects for your classes, working as a faculty research assistant, joining an experimental laboratory, and pursuing a senior capstone or performance project. 

Within Oberlin’s Center for Engaged Liberal Arts, Oberlin Undergraduate Research helps you identify projects and opportunities, both on- and off-campus, throughout your college experience. Our staff also coaches you on how to identify faculty mentors, craft effective research statements, and apply for available funding.   

Whether your research interest is in the sciences, social sciences, humanities or practicing arts, Oberlin’s campus is a hub for innovative craft and scholarly inquiry.
