Walk-In Appointments:
During the academic year, Counseling and Psychological Services offers crisis walk-in appointments at the Center Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Should you need immediate assistance for a mental health emergency, please go to an emergency room, call 911, or use one of the following crisis resources:

After Hours Telephone Support
It’s 2 a.m. You’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and anxious. You don’t know where to turn or who to call. Counseling and Psychological Services’s after-hours telephone counseling support is available to help. The primary purpose of the service is to address urgent concerns and connect you to appropriate resources in the Oberlin community.
Call for crisis support at 855-256-7160. This service is available outside of our regular business hours (8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday) and during academic breaks.
