Referrals

We are excited to announce that we have parntered with Thriving Campus - a directory of mental health clinicians in the community who work with students. Thriving campus allows you to:

  • Browse and filter providers based on your needs and preferences
  • Get answers to common questions
  • Reach out to community providers and connect with mental health care 

If you would like assistance using this platform or identifying community mental health resources, you can also schedule an appointment for case management and we will help you in identifying appropriate providers. 

Substance Use Resources

Riveon (Formerly LCADA Way and NORD) offers in person intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, day treatment, medication assisted treatment, and individual therapy for substance use treatment. At 6140 S Broadway, Lorain, OH 44053, they offer same day appointments via walk-in Monday - Thursdays 8AM - 2PM for an initial assessment. Bring insurance card, ID card, and Statement of Income (cost determined by need).
