On-Campus Recruiting

One of the most effective methods for recruiting students is to develop and maintain a visible presence on campus. You can connect with students at Oberlin College by utilizing the On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) program, which runs during the months of September—November and February—April.

Whenever possible, please give us at least two weeks notice when requesting OCR dates.

• Information Table
  We can arrange a table for you in the Science Center Atrium between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., or in the Academic Commons of Mudd Library (10:00 a.m. - noon or 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. are usually the best times).
• Information Session
  Information sessions are valuable venues for employers to promote their organization and employment opportunities. We will reserve your room and any necessary A/V equipment (which must be requested ahead of time). Sessions are generally scheduled over the lunch hour or between the hours of 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on weekdays.
• On-Campus Interview
  Career Exploration and Development offers spaces in or near our office where employers can conduct on-campus interviews. Preselect and Open interviews are held in Mudd Library and are scheduled between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
