Rose

Rose (she/her) is a fourth-year student majoring in Theater (BA) with a focus on performance and writing. She is from Burbank, CA. She is currently working on a one-woman clown show for her capstone project, and has acted in many shows at Oberlin. In her free time she likes to make and listen to emo music, play video games, and spend time with her lovely friends.

Outside of admissions, Rose has worked in the Oberlin Theater Scene Shop building sets for plays and operas. She is the treasurer for the FSM sketch comedy troupe, and performs stand-up comedy with the Oberlin Stand Up Comedy Coalition. Rose has also directed a play through the Oberlin Student Theater Association.

After graduation, Rose plans to move to New York and pursue theater and comedy, ideally landing the lead role in the national tour of Cole Escola’s Oh Mary!
