Elsa (she/her) is a fourth-year Neuroscience and Global Health student from Berkeley, California. Outside of admissions, she is a research assistant in the Biology department, a DJ for Oberlin’s radio station (WOBC), and a member of OSCA (Oberlin Student Cooperative Association). She currently works in the town as a gallery assistant at the Firelands Association for the Visual Arts (FAVA), and previously tutored in math at Oberlin Elementary School. For fun, she enjoys spending time at the Pottery Co-op, cooking at Tank Co-op, and taking advantage of the music scene at Oberlin.
She loves that Oberlin has given her so many spaces for community, as well as the chance to explore her love for both science and art. After graduating, she wants to work in healthcare through either health law or public/global health.
