Jonah

Jonah (he/him) is a fifth-year double degree student from New York City studying Flute Performance and Physics with a concentration in Astronomy. Beyond his work in the admissions office, Jonah is also a ConPAL (Conservatory Peer Advising Leader) and a teaching assistant for the Physics department. His research work with Prof. Jillian Scudder in the physics department has led to him coauthoring a scientific paper published in the Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society.

Beyond his academics, Jonah spends his time hiking around the Cleveland metro area, biking around Oberlin, and immersing himself in music. After graduation, he hopes to attend graduate school and continue his career in classical music performance.
