Kristin is the Program Manager for Parent and Alumni Engagement working closely with the Employer Relations team of Career Exploration and Development. In this role, she facilitates the logistics of the internship programming process while supporting the team’s goal of cultivating relationships to expand partnerships, internships and employment opportunities for Oberlin students and alumni.
Prior to Oberlin, Kristin spent fifteen years in program management for various senior living communities and in-home care services specializing in the area of dementia care.
