Yoga in the Con

A gentle yoga flow with Cadence Pearson Lane that warms, opens, and strengthens the whole body whilst calming and centering the mind. A time for you. A time to reconnect and be in your body, to give you focus, intention, and peace for the remainder of your day/week. As a class focused on musicians, we will work to open common areas of tension that arise from playing an instrument and find grounding through breathwork to support potential performance anxiety.
