Pre-Concert Lecture: Organ Music of Olivier Messiaen

The Oberlin organ department presents the music of Olivier Messiaen in a series of three concerts. Please join us to celebrate the life and music of this world-renowned French composer and organist!

This pre-concert lecture will be led by the David S. Boe Associate Professor of Organ Jonathan Moyer AD ’12 in Bibbins 234. This lecture will discuss Messiaen’s organ collection titled La Nativité du Seigneur (1936).
