In an age of growing uncertainty, what can the UN do to maintain peace and security? And what does disarmament promise? Speaker: Mr. Tsutomu Kono, recently retired senior political affairs officer from the Office for Disarmament Affairs at the United Nations in New York and Geneva. He continues to work as a Fellow of the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR) after his 25-year service at the UN Secretariat.
