You will need to arrive at Wilder Curbside at 5:50 p.m. to check-in to load the bus, which will leave at 6:10 p.m. to take you to the Mandel Concert Hall. We will arrive approximately at 7 p.m. and the bus will leave the concert hall at approximately 9:30 p.m. and return to Oberlin where you will be dropped off at the Wilder curbside. Seating is limited. You are welcome to bring one guest by signing up a second time with your information and indicating your guest's name. Reservations for this trip cost $10 and will be charged on your term bill. Tickets are nonrefundable. If you do bring a guest, you will be charged twice on your student account.
Please fill out one entry per rider on the bus. Also, you must be logged into your Oberlin email only when you sign up on this form. Make sure you hit submit and that you receive an emailed copy of your response! This serves as your confirmation for the trip. If you did not receive a copy of your response, you are not registered; please re-submit.
NOTE: Remember to bring money for anything you might want to buy, appropriate attire for the weather, etc...
