The CIT Project Management Office (PMO) was established with a clear vision to streamline technology project management by partnering with the campus community and applying the best practices and methods to bring results on time, within budget, and in scope while minimizing risks.
We work with you to assess if a proposed technology solution aligns with your business needs and is compatible with Oberlin’s IT infrastructure.
Where to Start
Technology-related work estimated to take more than 40 hours of staff time and involve more than three staff members qualifies as a project. Projects must follow the full project management methodology.
