Bulletin
Guidelines for Use of Woodland Parking Lot
Finding a parking spot can sometimes be a challenge, and we've created this bulletin to make it a little easier. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and stress-free parking experience for everyone in our community.
The Woodland Parking Lot has designated areas for both students and employees. Please be sure to park in the appropriate zone to avoid citations and to help us keep the lot organized for all users. For a better understanding of where to park, please see the details and map below.
- Student parking: Look for the spaces with signs that read “Student Parking.” These areas are reserved for students with valid parking permits. Approximately 60 additional student parking spaces, currently unavailable due to ongoing construction at Woodland Hall, will become available for use later this fall.
- Employee parking: Look for the spaces with signs that read "Staff Parking Only” or "K Permit Only.” These spots are designated for staff members with valid employee parking permits. Please note: There is no overnight parking in the employee parking area.
In addition, the Woodland Lot includes EV charging stations for up to four vehicles. All employees, students, and members of the community are welcome to use the stations by following the posted instructions. Users are asked to move their vehicles as soon as possible once charging is complete.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our parking lots safe and accessible for all. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Campus Safety at csafety@oberlin.edu.
