Student Health Services Launches New Portal

Student Health is excited to launch the Student Health Portal. You will be able to easily access the portal by logging in with your ObieID and password. There are several benefits of this new addition to our electronic medical record system. You will be able to upload your medical forms, have access to your medical information and immunization records, receive health educational information, and utilize a secure messaging system to communicate with our staff during office hours.
The following steps are required for ALL students:
1. Log in to the Student Health Portal. (You can also access through OberView or select the link on the Student Health Services website.)
2. Click on ‘‘Immunizations.’’ Then enter your immunization dates and upload the completed Certificate of Immunization form or your current immunization record, which you may obtain from your personal records or family physician.
3. If you are a new incoming or transfer student or if you have never submitted the required medical forms, click on ‘‘Forms,’’ complete the forms with your physician, and click ‘‘Upload’’ to submit them directly through the portal.
Due to COVID-19 we will be flexible with the June 15 deadline. Please let us know if you are unable to submit the forms before August 1, 2020.
