Recital Recording and Streaming
All faculty recitals are automatically audio recorded and streamed at no charge.
If you would like to cancel recording/live-streaming services, you must submit a request at least one week prior to the event. You may submit a form online or complete a Service Cancellation Request form and return it to Con Audio Services office (C33) or send an e-mail attachment to our office.
Faculty members sponsoring a guest recital must submit a Recording Services Request at least two weeks prior to the event. Please return completed form to the Con Audio Office (C33) or via e-mail . The sponsoring department’s account will be billed at the rate of $35 per hour. The sponsoring faculty member and guest artist will receive a copy of the concert, free of charge. Streaming services must be requested at least two weeks prior to the event and will be billed at a rate of $75 per hour.Departmental FOAP must accompany requests.
Please Note: No video recording of the live stream feed is produced.
If you require sound reinforcement for a faculty or guest recital, please submit a Sound Reinforcement Request Form at least two weeks prior to the event. Please return completed form to the Con Audio Office (C33) or via e-mail . Sound reinforcement for a dress rehearsal will be billed at a rate of $35 per hour.
Please Note: Departmental FOAP must accompany requests.
Faculty needing personal recording services in either Warner Concert Hall or Kulas Recital Hall must submit a Recording Services Request at least two weeks prior to the event. Faculty will be billed at the rate of $35 per hour.
