Office of Advancement
Class Ambassadors
Class Ambassadors:
Class ambassadors (or agents) are the volunteer fundraising team that gives a personal peer-to-peer touch to the work of the Annual Fund. They play a crucial role in helping Oberlin remain fiscally strong and in maintaining the extraordinary resources that make an Oberlin education so unique. Class ambassadors work with staff members in the Office of Annual Giving to encourage alumni giving every year, and to increase giving participation among the general alumni body.
What’s Expected:
- Set an example by making a gift to the Oberlin Annual Fund
- Participate in one or more volunteer activities during the year (peer-to-peer fundraising, stewardship, contact update outreach, etc.)
- Be knowledgeable about the Annual Fund and its importance for Oberlin College and Conservatory students.
Thank you, Class Ambassadors:
We appreciate the dedicated efforts of our Class Ambassadors. Your diligent work, enthusiasm, and passion strengthen your classmates’ relationships with Oberlin and help raise important funds, transforming the lives of our students. Thank you for making a difference.
