So Many Ways to Stay Connected
Alumni clubs are geographically based groups of Oberlin alumni, supporters and friends. They exist to promote the college through communications, community relations, current and future student outreach, camaraderie, career networking, continuing education and much more. Today 27 Oberlin clubs across the United States & in London, UK connect fellow Obies and friends with each other and the college.
Strengthen Your Ties
Connect with fellow Obies and friends in your area by becoming involved with your local Oberlin Club today!
Oberlin Clubs host a variety of events ranging from young alumni happy hours to community service projects, to programs featuring Oberlin faculty & administrators and much, much more! Two popular events are the Oberlin Summer Picnics welcoming admitted students to the Oberlin family and the annual Oberlin Cares – Alumni Day of Service where alumni, students and friends throughout the country have the opportunity to participate in a community service project.
More Ways to Volunteer
The Alumni Association would not be able to support such a wide range of programs and activities without the dedication and commitment of many alumni. We value the contributions of alumni and encourage you to find a volunteer activity that interests you. We offer many ways for you to stay engaged. As a volunteer you can:
- Recruit new students for Oberlin as an Admissions Recruiter.
- Encourage others to make a difference through fundraising as a Class Agent.
- Host an event at your home.
- Host an event at your office/other location.
You can indicate your desire to volunteer by contacting the alumni office at (440) 775-8692 to talk to someone about volunteer opportunities, or fill out our Volunteer Interest Form online.
