Senior Visit Days
High school seniors are invited to experience Oberlin through a fall Senior Visit Day. This is a full-day program that includes an optional overnight stay in a residence hall with a current student, panel sessions with faculty and current students, class observation, Admissions interview and the opportunity to have lunch in the dining hall. Registration for 2018 Senior Visit Days will open in Summer 2018.
Take advantage of a special trip to Oberlin for high school seniors from your area! The Regional Fly-in includes round-trip air transportation, ground transportation between the airport and campus, overnight accommodations in a residence hall, and all meals on campus. Travel grants are available to students from families with limited financial resources. Registration for Fall 2018 programs will open in Summer 2018.
Multicultural Visit Program
The Multicultural Visit Program (MVP) is a selective, all-expenses-paid visit program for high-achieving high school seniors who have not yet had the opportunity to visit campus. We encourage applications from students from underrepresented communities including black or African American, American Indian or Alaska Native, Asian, Latino/a, or Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander.
To support socioeconomic diversity, the selection committee will also consider students from families with limited financial resources, regardless of cultural or racial background, as well as those who are among the first in their families to attend college (first generation). Registration for Fall 2018 programs will open in Summer 2018.
Spring Junior Visit Program
Attention juniors! The Spring Junior Visit Program is an insider’s view of Oberlin that will allow you to take a tour, sit in on classes, speak to admissions counselors and current students, and attend other events on campus. Registration for 2018 is full.
Admitted Student Visit Days
Students who are admitted are invited to attend one of three highlight programs in April 2019. These visit days feature opportunities to attend class, learn about campus resources, and interact with faculty, staff, and students. For registration details, please refer to your All Roads Lead to Oberlin email invitation or log-in to your applicant portal page.
Information sessions led by an admissions counselor and campus tours led by a current student provide an overview of the Oberlin community and the application process. If you are unable to make it to a visit program, please consult the admissions calendar to confirm availability for a daily visit throughout the academic year and summer.
