- Student Application to Return from Medical Leave
- Reinstatement Application

Deadlines and Timing Considerations
- Fall Return (July 1 Deadline): Applications received after July 1 are typically too late to consider for a fall return and would be considered for spring.
- Spring Return (November 1 Deadline): Applications received after November 1 are typically too late to be considered for a spring return and would be considered for the following fall.
- Applications to return are considered on a rolling basis. In order to have a smooth transition back to Oberlin, you are encouraged to plan ahead for the return if your health circumstances allow. This will make registration for classes, housing requests, and arranging local health care more efficient.
After you receive confirmation from the Academic Advising Resource Center that you have been approved for return, the following steps will ensure you have a smooth return to campus:
- Contact Contact Dakota Stephens in ResLife regarding your housing.
- Ensure you have all necessary forms submitted to Financial Aid
- Check in with Student Accounts
- Work with the Academic Advising Resource Center to register for classes
- Schedule an appointment to meet with Student Support and Outreach
