Orientation for new students and their parents ended Sunday, August 28. The week included department open houses, social and recreational events, academic and financial aid advising, placement testing, and other programs to familiarize new students and their families to the Oberlin campus and community. This year, Oberlin welcomes 798 new students and transfer students in the College of Arts and Sciences and Conservatory of Music.
