Tex-Mex Bike Ride Reveals Character of a Country

In the fall of 2016, Allen Memorial Art Museum staff member Michael Reynolds cycled from El Paso, Texas to Veracruz, Mexico. Reynolds documented his journey and made a film about the people he met during his travels. His film will screen at 7 p.m. Saturday, April 22, in the meeting house at First Church in Oberlin.

Painter Steve Krisha Retires After 47 Years of Service

Steve Krisha has worked as a painter for Oberlin College since 1968. He will retire July 14, 2015, after 47 years of service.
Farewell to Retired Staff 2014-2015
Communications Staff
Eight faculty and 23 staff retired during the 2014-2015 academic year. Retiring faculty are given the option to be recognized in the Commencement program and by President Marvin Krislov during the Commencement ceremony, while retiring staff are given the option to have their service acknowledged here on the OnCampus website.

Millie Modic Retires

Millie Modic retired January 4, 2013, as director of administrative computing services. She had worked at Oberlin for 16 years, first as programmer/analyst supporting human resources (HR), then as
