Her research aims to investigate the factors contributing to the “leaky pipeline” phenomenon in entrepreneurship, which refers to the attrition of female talent at various stages of the entrepreneurial process. Specifically, her research examines women who possess entrepreneurial potential or express intentions to engage in entrepreneurship, focusing on their experiences within the entrepreneurship pipeline.
