  • Program Coordinator for Intercultural Engagement

Biography

Kennedey Bell serves as a program coordinator within the Center for Intercultural Engagement. Grounded in constructivist, learner-centered pedagogy, Kennedey designs workshops and programs that are responsive to students’ identities, goals, and lived experiences. They view learning as a collaborative process—where students are not just participants but cocreators of knowledge—and use both informal feedback and assessment tools to tailor meaningful, reflective experiences that center agency and personal growth.

Kennedey earned a master’s degree in higher education at Ohio University and a BA in communication studies with a minor in early childhood education at the College of Wooster. Their professional interests include organizational change, equity in education, trauma-informed care, and challenging assumptions around neurodiversity and socioeconomic identity. Outside of work, they enjoy knitting, crocheting, reading, and tending to their garden—often with their two cats, Rosemary and Wrigley, by their side.
