Hilary Hayes

Biography

Hilary Hayes is a costume designer and technician originally from Seattle, WA. She earned an MFA in theatre costume design at the Pennsylvania State University where she worked in the costume shop as well as designed. With a passion for all things costume, she uses thoughtful exploration, focused collaboration, and unstoppable delight to craft the visual personality of each character. In addition to her work at Penn State, her previous shop experience includes summers at the Santa Fe Opera costume shop and Chautauqua Dance. More of her work can be seen at hilaryhayes.net.
